Areas Of Focus
At Into Eden, we know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I’m Alecia Blakeley, MA, LPC, and I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic alliance—because healing starts with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
I primarily use evidence-based approaches, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to each client’s needs. I believe true healing goes beyond symptom management—it’s about uncovering the root causes, breaking old patterns, and fostering meaningful change.
I also have a deep passion for holistic well-being, addressing the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. Understanding how past experiences shape present struggles is essential to growth. Whether you are processing trauma, struggling with self-worth, or simply looking for support in life’s ups and downs, I am here to walk alongside you.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my areas of focus include:
- Individual Therapy for children, teens, and adults
- Anxiety & Depression
- Childhood Trauma & PTSD
- Self-Esteem & Identity Struggles
- Life Transitions & Adjustment Issues
- Behavioral & Emotional Concerns
As your therapist, I take the time to understand you as a whole person. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit. Let’s start this journey together.
